To post a single property on Mexico Buyers Guide site we charge US$49 for 6 months.

The process is simple. We've designed an easy, automated process for you to load your properties. Simply type in your property specifics, info and price and then load three (3) photos (photos must be JPEG or .jpg format). If you wish, you may buy up to 9 additional photos at $5 each. Additional photos are optional. However, they do raise your ranking on the site.

Once you have loaded all of your property information and photos you may then use your credit card to complete the transaction. At this time you may buy additional 'credits' for adding future properties or photos, if you wish. Once completed, your new posting will appear on Mexico Buyers Guide within minutes.

We will then email to you your new account information. This will allow you to edit your property information at any time and to check activity on your account. Whenever a visitor requests more information on your property we will immediately send you an email so that you may contact them directly. These are your leads -- we only send them to you. We encourage you to contact them promptly.
